David Berube’s OLD Blog

I am a 25 year old bidding politician and entrepreneur from Pawtucket, RI (just outside of Providence).This blog will be a place for me to express my thoughts on a variety of topics such mobile, technology, business and startups with a dash of politics and commentary. I will also be talking periodically about my own startups and the processes I endured.

I am currently the CEO of Swift Blue LLC, an internet developments company and the Founder of MoFuse (Mobile Fusion). MoFuse is a mobile site creation application. It’s a very intuitive app that allows you to quickly create a mobile version of your website or blog.

I also ran for local office in my home city, but unfortunately lost by just over a half percentage point to an incumbent. That experience has taught me invaluable lessons that I can now implement in various aspects of life.

I’ve worked at various levels of the political arena. I’ve been a legislative assistant on Capitol Hill for a member of the House of Representatives, worked on a US Senate campaign, worked in a district office for a member of the US House of Representatives and worked on a Gubernatorial campaign.

I’ve turned down two job offers in the past year to join Presidential campaigns to continue on with my entrepreneurial spirit.
